Alicia Ewing, DVM, MS
Veterinarian, Practice Owner
Dr. Alicia Ewing, DVM, MS is a graduate of the University of Idaho and Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing in Idaho’s Treasure Valley since 2014 and joined Snake River Veterinary Center in 2015. In January 2019, Dr. Ewing proudly purchased the practice, continuing its commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.
With experience in both large and small animal medicine, Dr. Ewing enjoys all aspects of mixed animal practice and values the relationships she builds with both clients and their animals.
Raised on a cattle ranch in western Montana, Dr. Ewing developed a deep appreciation for animal care and rural life at an early age. She has called Idaho home for the past 28 years. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick, and their daughter, Elodie, embracing the outdoors and the rural lifestyle they love.
Melissa DiFrancesco, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Melissa DiFrancesco is a graduate of Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. She has a special interest in acupuncture for animals, using a holistic approach for the management of chronic diseases and pain. She is also passionate about helping pets enjoy a high quality of life at every stage of development. During her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dogs.
